UK medical consultants: would you like training to attend an AAC (interview panel?) Are you an established consultant i.e. more than 3 years in a substantive post, undertaking CPD, have Equality and Diversity training, and would be interested in representing the College on Advisory Appointment Committee/s (AACs)?
If so, we can provide access to a half-hour online training module. Ideally, we would like you to follow up the training by attending one AAC in the first 12 months. If you are interested, please contact: workforce@rcpath.org
In recognition of the College representative's role, the College's Professional Standards team has assigned 2 CPD points to each AAC attended by the College representatives.
