These bulletins consolidate themes across a range of pathology specialties and services, offering opportunities to reflect on personal practices and learn from the experiences of other

By sharing knowledge and experiences through case studies, our members contribute to the collective understanding and improvement of patient safety practices in pathology. Members are encouraged to submit their own patient safety cases, which can be a valuable learning tool and a means to earn continuing professional development (CPD) credits.
