Clinical biochemistry

Resources, event and information for professional working in clinical biochemistry, otherwise known a chemical pathology.

I first came across chemical pathology when I was at medical school – we were looking at blood test results and using them to make a diagnosis. I found it fascinating and have done ever since. My role is really exciting – it’s a good balance between seeing patients and thinking about the scientific details of the tests.
